So, I think everyone knows how much I love EVERYTHING about food. Right? Well…maybe not everyone just yet, but I’m certain you will find out soon. My journey with food started at an early age, like most. Food is universal and we need it to survive. My curiosity about food started early as well. My Uncle George and Aunt Jen purchased my first kitchen set, probably around 1976/77. Aunt Jen explained to meI believe on my about me video (another site), I said something like, I love the taste of food, the look of food and the sound of food. It’s true. I’ve been on this blog journey for a little while unbeknownst to me. I graduated from culinary school which seems to be ions ago and immersed myself in work as a culinary director at a church and then I started catering..a lot. I started collecting all of this content years ago by taking photos but I didn’t do anything with them. Now I am.
The Food Ego was given to me in conversation by my mentor that said, “you need to feed people, not your ego.” But I thought, FOOD has an ego and rightfully so. I’ll roll with that.
I hope you enjoy this culinary photo journey with my husband, Jason and son, Canaan. I love feedback, so feel free to drop a line or two.
